The Fayetteville Athletic Club offers a wide variety of group classes for all fitness levels!
Strength & Cardio Group Classes
These classes have a focus on maintain a high heart rate while participating in exciting exercises set to fun music. Classes include Body Step, Body Combat, YAH Training, Body Attack, Body Pump, ZUMBA, & Cardio Tennis.
Mind & Body Group Classes
These classes have a focus on your complete body wellness and health. Classes include Iyengar Style Yoga, Body Flow, Mind & Body Expressions, Healthy Hot Yoga, Piyo & Flow Yoga.
Indoor Cycling Classes
These classes are held in our special indoor cycling studio and are sure to give you an amazing workout with our certified instructors. Classes include Express Ride, Precision Cycling, RPM & Sunday Spin.
Pool Fitness Classes
These classes take place in our large lap pool and are led by certified swim instructors. Classes include Water Fitness, H2O Cardio, Aqua Aerobics, and the Swim Clinic.
