March 17, 2020

Dear FAC Family,

Thank you for being a loyal member of the Fayetteville Athletic Club. We believe the FAC exists to serve our members and our community.   We honor and respect the governor’s efforts to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in NW Arkansas and we have implemented increased cleaning and social distancing practices in support of our state’s leaders.   Our leadership team has been monitoring the ever-changing dynamics of the COVID-19 virus and listening to the advice of Federal, State, and Local government and health officials.

Despite our efforts to remain open and based on recent orders and advisories from federal, state and local governmental authorities regarding COVID-19, Fayetteville Athletic Club will be closing no later than 6 p.m. March 17, 2020. The length of this temporary closure is dependent upon governmental guidance.   Our goal is to reopen Monday, March 30, 2020.   We will keep you updated with a reopening date via email and our Recent News page.

We encourage you to continue prioritizing your own health and well-being to be as healthy as possible during this time. If you begin to develop cold- and flu-like symptoms or become ill, take care of yourself and minimize the spread to others by staying home. If you think you may have symptoms of coronavirus, call your healthcare provider immediately.

We know that the Fayetteville Athletic Club has the strength and stamina to lead and serve our community.   Thank you for your patience and commitment as we monitor and respond to this health crisis. While we don’t have all the answers today, we are committed to providing regular updates to you all.

Yours in health,

Kevin Stegen, Owner/Operator
