Our Pools

FAC features two swimming pools for your fitness and leisure fun. Our six lane lap pool is covered and heated to 80 degrees in the winter to give local swimmers the ability to swim year round. The lap pool is used primarily for lap swimming, swim team practice, swim lessons, water fitness classes and swim conditioning and stroke clinics. If family leisure time is your pleasure, you will certainly have fun in our family leisure pool located across the deck complete with a fun fountain and two water slides.

In our lap pool 66 lengths or 33 laps = 1 mile.

We offer lessons to everyone, regardless of age or skill level. Whether you’re looking for one-on-one instruction, or prefer to learn in a group environment, we’ve got the class for you.

Sharks Swim Team

The FAC Sharks Swim Team is a developmental swim team that teaches competitive swimming skills in a semi-competitive environment. The Sharks Swim Team is a great way for kids to enhance stroke technique and efficiency while having fun with fitness in a team building environment.

Our coaching staff of elite club & SEC swimmers is committed to facilitating each athlete, regardless of age or ability, with the skills necessary to reach their maximum potential in the water. Our goal is to provide the ultimate platform for competitive swimming & tailor workouts to meet the needs of all.

In order for your child to join the Sharks Swim Team, he or she must be 4-18 years old and able to swim the length of the lap pool (25 yards) and have a general knowledge of freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.

Monday through Thursday:  5:00 – 6:00 PM

You may choose to swim 1, 2, 3, or all 4 practices each week

Inclement weather make-up sessions offered on Friday 5:00 – 6:00 PM

Sharks swim team fee:

Members:  $60 per month

Jesse Garrison
Sharks Swim Team Head Coach

Jessie comes to FAC with 11 years of swimming experience.

Jessie just started her Senior season on the Arkansas Razorback Swim and Dive team where she is a member of the travel team 2015, 2016, 2017 and now 2018.

Jessie currently holds the school record in the 200 Butterfly. She competed in the US Olympic Trials in the 200 Butterfly, 200 Individual Medley and 400 Individual Medley. She specializes in stroke development with advanced swimmers. Jessie is currently studying Criminal Justice and Sociology at the University of Arkansas with minors in Legal Studies and Social Work. After graduations, she plans to pursue a career in Law enforcement. Jessie is happy to answer questions that you may have regarding FAC Sharks Swim Team. Feel free to reach out to her via email –

Madison Strathman
Madison is a rising senior from Kansas City Missouri. She is studying pre-dental/Kinesiology and is a member of the Razorback Swim and Dive team. She is an Olympic Trial qualifier and specializes heavily in breaststroke. She is a 2017 CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention, 2015 Missouri State Champion, and 2015-present SEC Academic Honor Roll member. Madison specializes in the breaststroke.
Hailey Stonecipher
Haley brings seven years of competitive swimming experience to FAC. She has background in medicine and is studying to become a physical therapist.
Dane Currin
Dane comes from a family of swimming legends; his parents both swam for University of Texas Longhorns and his mother even held a world record in the 200 yard butterfly for a short span of time. Dane has a diverse aquatics background. His water polo team competed at State in high school and he went as far as qualifying for sectionals in swimming. Dane loves working with kids and is excited to use his knowledge to help your swimmers excel in the water!
Audrey McKinnon
Audrey is a rising elite swimmer for Fayetteville High school where she helped her girls team take home gold in the 2018 Arkansas High School State Championship. She is a 2-time zone qualifier, 3-time junior nationals qualifier, US Open qualifier and was on the winning relay at State. Audrey swims for the RAC Aquahawgs club program and specializes in breaststroke.
Jensen Hunt
Jensen is a junior at the University of Arkansas where she studies Child Development and is aiming to become a Child Life Specialist. Jensen has worked with children in virtually every capacity and brings 4 years of swim lesson experience to FAC.
Alyssa Lemon
Alyssa just finished her freshman year on the Razorback Swim and Dive team. She is an elementary education major from St. Louis, Missouri. She comes from five years of private lesson and coaching experience, ranging in ages 4-18. In Alyssa’s high school career, she was 2017 Missouri State Champion in the 200 Freestyle and 11-time conference champion. With her love for swimming and working with kids, she’s excited to help children exceed their swimming goals this summer!
